Evacuated

Well, I've been driven from my home due to the lovely Gustav. Hope to be back soon with everything still in one piece. Everyone is safely away though.

Nothing

No news on little Prince. It's likely that he's too needy for us, but I still would have liked to visit. I think he had been promised to another family before even asking us, although they said we could have him first if we wanted(yeah, right). Then I find out they called the family that adopted Princess' sister to take him.

WHAT ABOUT US? Don't you love how their so quick to forget the family that cared for and buried his sister? I suppose I could call his mom...

I'm just tired of not even being considered when babies come into care.

NICU

Little Prince was transferred to the NICU. Hopefully, we'll get approved to visit him soon, talk to the drs. and have more info later. There is another family who will take him if we can't, but I pray it's just withdrawals and he will be fine.

For Nothing

Princess' mom had her new baby.

Positive for crystal meth.

Did she learn nothing??

That's about all I can say for now, so upset. Her death for nothing!

New Addition

8 month old boy.

School starts tomorrow and I will be working in my classroom most of the weekend.

Yes, I am crazy, but this baby has a feeding tube so I'm sure this foster family doesn't have many options to put him somewhere for the weekend. I know how much I'd appreciate someone keeping Smiley if I needed to.

Crash

My computer crashed. I think it can be fixed but I probably lost everything. I have my laptop as a backup with some stuff on it. I have most pictures backed up but I think I lost all of Missy's pictures.

I was tickling Smiley this afternoon and a funny thing happened. He tickled me back! It was too cute. He is attempting to sing at times but I can't understand him.

No news on J's case. They've been supposed to staff for TPR for months now.

Bubbles' attorney told us she'd probably be starting weekend visits soon. Judge wants a permanant plan but dumbass cw still wants reunification. Forget the fact that "dad" tried to kill both her and mom. Please keep her in your prayers.

I'm quite overwhelmed about beginning a new school year. I hope it's better than last year.
