Goodbye Basil

We had to put Basil, our Great Dane to sleep today. He's been suffering, did x-rays at his annual vet visit and he appeared to have bone cancer. He'd been looking pitiful lately. He's been with us almost 6 years, right after we moved in our house.

I sugared her up with some juice before the u/s and got to see her moving the first time. Everything looks good. She's measuring on target at 18w2d!

Foster kids update

D has finally been placed elsewhere, huge relief.

Princess's mom was reunified with her 4th baby(yes, the one born addicted to meth).

Bubbles was adopted.

Hopefully J's adoption will be finalized in the next few months, then will be at the end of of foster parenting journey.
