I Told You It Wouldn't Stay Empty Long

Buddy thinks we bought this for him. See the mischievous look on his face.

He knows he's not supposed to be there.

Oh well, at least it got some use for a while. He even enjoyed swatting at the mobile we put up a couple days later.

Cats....they think everything new belongs to them!

I found you through "My Pre-midlife crisis" and I'm trying to catch up. We are also adopting through foster care! Or at least hoping too. Anyway, good luck with baby N. I grew up in SW Louisiana. ;)QueenBee

Smart cat! Who can blame him. A warm cushy area to lay his head and fluff with his paws. I would do the same if I were him. Baby N better get their soon :)

    Queenbee,

Do you still live in SW Louisiana? I have a friend who is now an investigator for that area

We adopted our oldest daughter from foster care! We also have cats and it took us forever to break them from getting in our youngest daughter's bassinet! Silly cats!

Oh poor Buddy! He thinks its for him! My two - Callie and Macy Gray - did the same thing? I LOVE this picture - what a classic!

Such a cute picture! Maybe Buddy's just being really considerate and is trying to make it more homey and lived-in for baby N. Yeah, I don't buy that either.

Hi. My name's Julie... I just found you off the link you left on Tertia's blog... I saw the "Praying for a baby" and had to come see. :)

I read all your posts... My eyes now ache, and I should have been in bed a couple hours ago! LOL!

I'll be praying that you meet Baby N soon.
