He Closes One Door, Then Opens a Window

Bad News: BFN this morning.

Good News: We meet baby N Thursday afternoon and our last home visit is finally scheduled for May 3.

I don't know how long after I meet him that I will get him for a weekend visit. Hopefully this weekend(I am praying hard).

Until then, I guess I will start BCP tomorrow. Yippie!

I tell you, this journey is a maze with trap doors and secret mirrors.

"Last Home Visit" sounds very final?? Does that mean you will have jumped through all of the hoops? I definitely don't understand the process. Congrats on the progress though.

It sounds like you got through Easter okay. Hopefully that will be your last without him!! Thanks for visiting my blog. I agree with the reason why you blog. I originally started as a place to vent and get my feelings out. The connection with others has been a wonderful bonus. Thanks for your empathy.

I will never forget the day we first met our kids. Simple things stick in my memory, like them both wanting extra ketchup for their hamburgers.

Hope you have a great time with Baby N.

Maya, after our worker does the last home visit, she finishes filling out of homestudy and we should get certified soon after than. Of course, soon to the state is 30-45 days.

At least I can still get placements, I just want get board payments, which is fine because I am definately not doing this for a check.

oooh YAY that is tomorrow! Oh Praise God - and thanks to Him for not letting much time pass before he allowed hope to shine on you. I will certainly be checking in to see how the visit goes. QueenBee over at My Ebeneezer used to say we needed to "PUSH" - Pray Until Something Happens. That's what we're all doing together!
