He's Here!
Bubbles' sibling was born yesterday. He has not been taken into care and we're not sure if he will. Supposedly, there's no cause, so we wait for court next week.
If they let the baby stay, I'm sure Bubbles would probably go home although it's not safe for either of them. The good news is the baby must have been drug free.

If there is no cause for the new baby to be in care, then why is bubbles still with you? I know that her mom needs to do some things to get her back, but shouldn't child services take the new baby as well until she meets her requirements? I guess I don't understand this all.

Hmm, interesting. I'm anxious to hear what happens. Have you asked the caseworker what she things is going on? At any rate, I'm glad he's finally arrived!

Here in NY they look at each child as a new 'chance' to do the right thing. Unfortuneately
for our little one he was the youngest of 6 (yes! 6!!!) and the bio parents didn't have custody of ANY!!! Ridiculous but true...
