Well, TPR finally happened for Smiley's parents!!
I can't believe it. I know anything can happen until the adoption is finalized, but we should here from an adoption worker in the next few weeks.
I'll update more later. I'm exhausted.

Oh I got chills reading those words & remembering how we felt when it happened for Cookie (and yes, I am up at almost 1:30 am to check to see if you posted about court - hehehe). That is just wonderful, and so wonderful also about the "event" over the weekend for Smiley and your family. I'm just so relieved for you all, and grateful it finally happened. I pray you get an excellent adoption worker, and a good attorney too.
